RFID APPLICATIONS Due to the many variables that can affect read range, we recommend testing labels in your actual environment to determine which label works best for your application. Your Zebra supplies representative can provide samples for testing. Additionally, by utilising long-standing partnerships with the leading RFID inlay providers, Zebra can create custom RFID labels to make a label specific to your needs. GENERAL PURPOSE

These labels are designed for use with standard RFID readers and are stocked in a variety of inlay types and sizes. They are available in paper and synthetic materials that work on non-metallic surfaces, plastics or corrugate.

IQ COLOUR PAPER LABELS
standards, bright white smooth paper facestock that has the ability to print vibrant colour on demand in pre-defined zones to be used as a visual cue. Available in direct thermal. Offering includes standards and removable adhesives.

Z-ULTIMATE SYNTHETIC LABELS
Gloss polyester facestock that provides unparalleled smear and scratch resistance, resistance to moderate chemicals and up to 3 years outdoors. Available in thermal transfer in white, silver and clear. Offering includes standards, high-tack and removable adhesives.

POLYPRO SYNTHETIC LABELS
White matte polypropylene facestock that provides the best all-around performance for most applications. Offers some flexibility for labelling curved surfaces. Resistant to scratching and smearing, temperatures up to 250 degrees F (121 degrees C) and 1-2 years outdoors. Available in thermal transfer and direct thermal. Offering includes Kimdura materials and standards, high-tack and removable adhesives.

Z-PERFORM PAPER TAGS
standards, bright white smooth paper tag specially coated to provide the optimal balance between performance and price. Available in thermal transfer or direct thermal. Thermal transfer available in 7.0 and 9.5 mil thickness. Direct thermal available in 5.3 mil thickness.

POLYPRO SYNTHETIC TAGS
White matte polypropylene tag that provides the best all-around performance for most applications. Resistant to scratching and smearing, temperatures up to 200 degrees F (93 degrees C) and 1-2 years outdoors. Available in thermal transfer, 7.0 mil and 8.5 mil thickness

Z-SELECT PAPER LABELS

Premium, bright white, ultra smooth paper facestock specially coated to provide optimal performance. Available in direct thermal and thermal transfer. Offering includes standards, all-temp and removable adhesives.

POLYO SYNTHETIC LABELS
White polyolefin facestock providing minimal resistance to scratching and smearing, temperatures up to 200 degrees F (93 degrees C) and up to 6 months outdoors. Offering includes semi-rigid and flexible materials for use on rough or curved surfaces. Available in thermal transfer.

Z-SUPREME SYNTHETIC LABELS
Polyimide facestock designed for high-temperature environments up to 500 degrees F (250 degrees C). Available in thermal transfer with a matte or gloss finish. Matte finish available in white. Gloss finish available in white, yellow, blue and green.

Z-XTREME SYNTHETIC LABELS
Matte polyester facestock with good smear and scratch resistance, excellent resistance to harsh chemicals, temperature exposure up to 300 degrees F (149 degrees C) and up to 3 years outdoors. Available in thermal transfer. Offering includes a selection of white, silver and clear materials; as well as standards, high-tack and removable adhesives.

Z-SELECT PAPER TAGS
Premium, bright white, ultra smooth paper tag specially coated to provide optimal performance. Available in thermal transfer and direct thermal. Thermal transfer available in 5.0, 7.0 and 9.0 mil thickness. Direct thermal available in 5.3 and 7.0 mil thickness.

Thick, top-coated synthetic receipt that is waterproof and tearproof. Resistant to moisture, mild chemicals and scratches and 10 year archivability.

Z-PERFORM 1000D RECEIPT 3.5 MIL RECEIPT (VALUE)

8000D HIGH-TEMP 3.2 MIL RECEIPT

Premium thick top-coated paper receipt formulated to withstand high temperatures. Resistance to mild chemicals, minimal moisture, scratches and temperatures up to 194 degrees F (90 degrees C). 20 year archivability.

Enhanced wax/resin thermal transfer ribbon formulated to print at up to 6 inches (15.2 cm) per second on coated paper and matte synthetics. Provides good resistance to scratches, smears and some moderate chemicals.

High-performance resin thermal transfer ribbon for gloss paper and synthetics. Formulated to provide excellent resistance to scratches, smears, most harsh chemicals, outdoor environments and extreme temperatures. It is UL/cUL & CSA pending with select Zebra materials.

IMAGE LOCK
